Peer Review Process

  • Submission: Authors submit their manuscript via the ASJP platform.

  • Plagiarism Check: The article is scanned for similarity using plagiarism detection software.

  • Initial Screening:

    • The Editor-in-Chief or an Associate Editor reviews the manuscript for scope, formatting, and basic quality.

  • Reviewer Assignment:

    • The Editor-in-Chief may send the article directly to 2-3 reviewers.

    • Alternatively, an Associate Editor may assign 2-3 reviewers for evaluation.

  • Peer Review:

    • Reviewers assess the article and submit their reports via ASJP.

    • They recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection based on quality, originality, and relevance.

  • Editorial Decision:

    • Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief makes a decision:

      • Accepted (possibly with minor revisions)

      • Major Revisions Required (resubmission after changes)

      • Rejected

  • Corrections & Resubmission:

    • If revisions are required, the author submits a revised version via ASJP.

    • The revised manuscript may be reviewed again if necessary.

  • Final Acceptance:

    • Once approved, the article is sent for final formatting and proofreading.

  • Publication:

    • The final version is published.
