Peer Review Process

Submission: Authors submit their manuscript via the ASJP platform.

Plagiarism Check: The article is scanned for similarity using plagiarism detection software.

Initial Screening:

The Editor-in-Chief or an Associate Editor reviews the manuscript for scope, formatting, and basic quality.

Reviewer Assignment:

The Editor-in-Chief may send the article directly to 2-3 reviewers.

Alternatively, an Associate Editor may assign 2-3 reviewers for evaluation.

Peer Review:

Reviewers assess the article and submit their reports via ASJP.

They recommend acceptance, revision, or rejection based on quality, originality, and relevance.

Editorial Decision:

Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief makes a decision:

Accepted (possibly with minor revisions)

Major Revisions Required (resubmission after changes)

Rejected

Corrections & Resubmission:

If revisions are required, the author submits a revised version via ASJP.

The revised manuscript may be reviewed again if necessary.

Final Acceptance:

Once approved, the article is sent for final formatting and proofreading.
