All authors publishing in the Journal of Economics and Management retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. In addition, articles are distributed under a CC BY-NC-ND license.

Furthermore, articles may be reused and cited, provided that the original published version is properly referenced. These provisions promote wide dissemination and greater visibility of research results while ensuring appropriate recognition of the authors.

The journal also requires authors, as copyright holders, to sign a publication agreement for all accepted articles.
