Submission process
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts exclusively through the ASJP platform: https://asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/438
The journal is hosted on the ASJP (Algerian Scientific Journals Platform). This platform allows authors to submit manuscripts, download the author guidelines (template), consult the journal archives, and track the different stages of the review process. For first-time users, it is sufficient to click on “Access to the journal” to complete the registration process.
To be eligible for review, submissions must strictly comply with the following requirements:
-
adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines, available on ASJP (template);
-
follow a rigorous scientific approach, consistent with the methods and tools of the relevant disciplines, avoiding mere compilations of theoretical literature;
-
contain no ideological and/or political content;
-
present original scientific results.
Authors must grant exclusive submission rights to the journal until the review process is completed. In the event of a negative decision, authors are released from any commitment to the journal, unless they choose to revise and resubmit their manuscript for potential publication.
Authors may no longer freely dispose of their manuscript in the following cases:
-
when it has been reviewed and revised based on detailed recommendations provided by reviewers;
-
when it has been accepted for publication and has undergone formatting and compliance adjustments by the editorial board.
Previously published articles cannot be submitted unless they are substantially revised versions. In such cases, authors must clearly indicate, in a footnote on the first page, the references of the original publication as well as the reasons for the new version.
Any manuscript with a plagiarism rate of approximately 20% or more will result in notification of the identified sources and may lead to a publication ban, subject to a justified decision. Below this threshold, rewriting the identified passages is a mandatory condition for re-evaluation. Plagiarism does not include properly quoted and referenced citations.
Authors remain solely responsible for the content of their manuscripts, even after publication.
Authors must approve the final version of the manuscript prior to publication.
Finally, authors are required to sign, before publication, an agreement specifying the terms of copyright management.
