The Review of Economics & Management (JEM) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at the University of Béjaïa. Its mission is to promote scientific research and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge in the fields of economics, management, finance, accounting, and management sciences.

The journal welcomes original research articles addressing both theoretical and empirical issues related to economic development, organizational governance, innovation, public policy, and the transformation of economic systems.

The JEM aims to provide a platform for scientific exchange between researchers, academics, doctoral students, and professionals interested in contemporary economic and managerial challenges, particularly within emerging and developing contexts.

All submitted articles undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific quality and academic rigor of the publications.
