Abstract

The main objective of this research is to measure the impact of hierarchical superiors' communication skills on the work motivation of Algerian employees while attempting to address the following issue: How do the communication skills of hierarchical superiors contribute to enhancing employees' work motivation? To achieve this, our analytical approach relies on a quantitative study characterized by descriptive analysis and regression analysis and based on a semi-structured questionnaire administered to 380 employees within eight public economic enterprises in the city of Oran. Consequently, the obtained results have validated the proposed hypotheses.
