THE OPINIONS UNIVERSITY OF GHARDAIA EMPLOYEES ON THE DEGREE OF ELECTRONIC PRACTICES IN THE ALGERIAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This research paper came to identify the extent to which electronic management contribution to digital transformation at the University of Ghardaia. This paper relied on the descriptive approache, and the population’s study consisted a group of administrative employees at the University of Ghardaia, where the number of distributed reached 60 questionnaire. The analysis of the obtained data was done using the Statistical Package for Social Sicences (SPSS) version 19, where the results showed a significant requirements of electronic management and digitization at the University of Ghardaia. A statistically significant effect relationship between the requirements of electronic management and digitization at the university, and also the presence from the point of view of the study sample members
