This paper aims at describing how a commitment in the management of innovation is applied by the private entrepreneur CEVITAL FOOD, which is considered as one of the most successful companies in Algeria in the non-hydrocarbon sector, and having integrated CSR in its managerial vision since 2017.
The exploratory study within CEVTAL FOOD attempts to highlight the responsibility commitment of the company in the management of innovation. The results of the current study announce that the innovations introduced by this company are driven by the territorial factors, and in particular by the influence of the interested parties, but also by the internal factors.
