ÉTUDE DE LA CONCERTATION ET MODE DE GOURVERNACE ENTRE LES ACTEURS AU SEIN DE LA VILLE PORTUAIRE DE BEJAIA

Abstract

The purpose of this contribution is to highlight the level of consultation between the different
actors on the one hand, and on the other hand, to bring out proposals for a better city-port
interaction. In this order, the methodology adopted is based on the investigation technique
through the use of empirical work that will be carried out through a field survey that will
target actors from the territorial authorities of the city of Bejaia and port stakeholders. The
results show that inter-organizational cooperation, consultation and the strengthening of the
representation of local authorities in the search for reciprocal interests between the two
entities presents a major challenge.
