IMPACT DE LA CERTIFICATION SELON LA NORME ISO 9001 SUR LA GESTION DES CONNAISSANCES ET DES COMPETENCES.
Abstract
This research attempts to assess the impact of the certification of companies according to ISO 9001: 2008 on
the management of knowledge and skills. Emphasizes that standard in one of its requirements the importance of
identifying and understanding the needs for training, expertise and implementation of awareness. It is
specifically in this article, to what extent the implementation of a management system (QMS) integrate, control
and improve the management of knowledge and skills through practical case of 17 certified Wilaya of Bejaia
companies has allowed us to hit a workforce of 1,456 employees.
