About the book « The liberation war: stories and testimonies » by Rachid Adjaoud, former officer of the L.N.A

Abstract

Before his death on september 2016, Rachid Adjaoud, a former officer of the L.N.A. (Liberation of National Army) had finalized the transcription of his second book « The liberation war : stories and testimonies » (still in manuscript form). This article is a review of the content of the book and above, all the clarifications and insights provided by the author during our numerous interviews in the year 2015/2016, in particular in connection with the tragic events that occured in historic Wilaya III : « red night of the lower Soummam », « Mellouza », «bleuïte »,…  On the eve of the 5th anniversary of his death, I deliver here, The last testimony of the « last witness ».
